Butterfly Space, is a non-profit eco-lodge, beautifully set on the rocky shores of Lake Malawi, surrounded by the stunning mountain backdrop of Nkhata Bay. We visited this hidden gem with my family. I loved the place for its simplicity. The toilet was a modernised pit latrine 🤪 and the glasses were made from Savanna cider bottles 😁. The food, the FISH, was absolutely amazing! 😋. I am salivating just thinking about it. I think the famous Malawi chambo is overrated. We went for butter (BATARA)

The white peacock (Anartia jatrophae) is a butterfly species found in South Texas and southern Florida. Migrates and temporarily colonizes to central Texas and coastal South Carolina. A rare wanderer to North Carolina, Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas in late summer. | Butterfly Lady
